State Department of Health covers home healthcare services, based on what you qualify for, with your medical condition.

MANAGED LONG TERM CARE (MLTC)

Under Medicaid and Medicare coverage, choose an MLTC in order to be eligible for long term care.

PRIVATE PAY

Pay for services out of pocket, or as a temporary solution while waiting for Medicaid to be processed.

LONG TERM HOME HEALTH CARE PROGRAM

Your private pay deductible is calculated based on your private long term care insurance policy.
